International Airport Toronto - Pearson (IATA: YYZ)

The international Airport Toronto Pearson is considered to be the busiest airport of Canada and it is located 27 kilometres outside the city of Toronto. The two terminals of the airport are connected via the airport train line LINK, which also connects the parking lots. This train is free of charge and it operates all day and all night long. In the airport’s premises there are bars, restaurants, shops, duty-free items, storage rooms, information desks, exchange offices, telephones, ATM machines and of course ticket desks for flight reservations. The transfer from the Airport to Toronto is easy and comfortable by various means of transport.


Buses

Various buses depart from Toronto airport to various destinations in the city of Toronto. The buses depart from Terminal 1, exits B or E and from Terminal 3, level 1. The Airport Express is a line that operates 24-hours a day and has a service from the airport to the center of Toronto every 20 to 30 minutes. The one way ticket costs $16.95 (€13) whereas the return ticket costs $29.25 (€23).


The public buses depart from Terminals 1 and 3.Line 192 Airport Rocket  has during the day services from the airport to the underground station Kipling Station from where there is train for the center of the city. The buses depart every 20 to 30 minutes and the price of the ticket is relatively low. Moreover there are many night buses such as the lines 07, 58A and 307.


Taxi

There are many taxis at the airport’s exits that belong to various companies. The journey from the airport to the center of Toronto lasts 35 to 40 minutes. The taxis have and use taximetres and a trip to the city, without traffic jams, can cost $55 (€43).
